    End of the Year Survey

    To help attain improvement in historical instruction, please be kind enough to fill out the attached
    survey.

    No name is required. To help others in the future please be honest and don’t play.

    1. Do you feel that you have learned Social Studies this year? Why or why not?

    2. What happened in class that you enjoyed most?

    3. How are you a better person now that you’ve experienced this class?
