    RENT AGREEMENT

    This Rent Agreement is made at Thoothukudi on this 10thday of May 2019 between Mrs. Hema Rajan
    W/o Dr. Dilli Rajan, 25/35 Ashok Nagar, 2nd Street, Dindigul- 624001, hereinafter referred as First Party.

    AND

    Mr. S.S. Subramanian S/o. S.S.S. Sankarapandian, working at Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Ltd.,
    Thoothukudi hereinafter referred as Second Party.

    The expressions of the first party and second party shall mean and include their legal heirs, successors,
    administrators, executors and assigns.

    Whereas the first party has agreed to let out her Residential House at 111/11F/27C, Gomathibai Colony,
    Polpettai, Thoothukudi - 628002 to the second party on the following terms and conditions:

    1
    1. That the tenancy has commenced with effect from 10.05.2019 onwards for a period of 3 years.
    2. That the second party shall pay Rs.10,500/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Five Hundred only) per
    month as monthly rent to the first party regularly and properly on or before 8th day of every
    month according to the English Calendar month.
    3. That second party will use the said tenanted premises only for residential purposes.
    4. That the electricity charges will be paid by the second party / tenant of the said premises to the
    Electricity Board promptly.
    5. That the second party hereby agrees and undertakes not to sublet, assign or otherwise part with
    the possession of the said premises and shall not cause any damages to the premises, its fixtures
    and fittings in any manner whatsoever.
    6. That the second party shall not make any kinds of additions or alteration in the said tenanted
    premises without written consent of the first party.
    7. That after expiry of the tenancy period the second party will hand over the vacant possession of
    the said tenanted premises to the first party peacefully.
    8. That both the parties will abide by the terms and conditions of this Rent Agreement.
    9. The Second party has paid rental advance of Rs.30000/-to first party. It will be refundable to
    second party on vacating the house.

    IN WITNESS WHERE OF both parties have signed Rent Agreement at Thoothukudi on day 10th May
    2019.
