ACTIVITY 1

INSTRUCTIONS DIAGRAM
1. Students are working in
groups of 6 with 1 ball
between them.
2. 3 students stand at one
orange cone and the
other 3 stand at the
opposite orange cone.
3. 1 student from one of
the groups will run and
pick up the ball from the
green cone and place it
at the yellow cone. They

ACTIVITY 2
INSTRUCTIONS DIAGRAM
1. Students are working in
groups of 4 with 1 ball
between them.
2. Students in their groups line
up behind each other so
the first person is inline with
the cones.
3. The students run together
in a straight line. When the
teacher calls out "TOUCH",
the person with the ball
must demonstrate a roll
ball by placing the ball on
the floor and stepping
over it.
4. Once they have stepped
over it they go to the back

Leader person picks up the ball
ball and the drill repeats.
5. Once teams reach the
end of the grid, they turn
around and repeat the
drill.

• Add in
obstacles/defenders
that they need to
avoid.
Regression
• Students can just pass
the ball back along the
line rather than roll it.

ACTIVITY 3
INSTRUCTIONS DIAGRAM
1. Students in pairs start
opposite each other.
2. First student runs through
the agility course, dumping
the ball and doing a roll
ball at the last cone.
3. Second student scoops up
the ball and runs through.

Progression
• Add in a defender.
• Add in a pass.
