We are writing to notify you of a claim for damaged goods against your company. In a
recent shipment from Waters & Sons, there was a problem. We realized that two
mahogany cabinets that we received is damaged. That items are important for our
company.
On November 11, we order two mahogany cabinets from your company. On November
18, we received that items but they are damaged.
We are returning the damaged goods to your company.
Please send us replacement goods immediately. It is too bad this unfortunate accident
occurred.

We apologize for the mistake we made in shipping you the damaged goods.
Two mahogany cabinets, we promise to replace the cabinets at once, but we are
disclaiming responsibility for the damage. We informed the railway authorities to
keep your goods safely.
Again, we hope you accept our apologies and the corrections to the above mistake.
