Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation is cordially inviting your school to be

part of the inaugural Nxplorers Philippines, an innovative educational
programme that introduces young people to the complex and creative
thinking needed to bring about positive change. Focused on the food-
water-energy nexus, the programme aims to build awareness, develop
knowledge and provide thinking tools and complex problem-solving skills to
the leaders of the future.

We are inviting thirty-six (36) outstanding Science, Technology, Engineering

and Mathematics (STEM) students from your school enrolled in Grades 8 to
12 for AY 2019-2020 to participate in a three-day Nxplorers Workshop to be
conducted by trained facilitators at your school, at your preferred
scheduled between April to July 2019. We are also inviting up to six (6)
teachers to participate as the team mentors/coach.

After the NXplorers workshop at your school, select student teams will then
be invited to showcase their idea and compete with other NXplorers
schools at the second run of The Bright Ideas Challenge slated in November
23-24, 2019 at the Mind Museum in Taguig. We hope that these bright ideas
can become actual social innovations that can benefit society.
