In observance of the Philippine Environment Month celebration for the month of

June by virtue of Presidential Proclamation No. 237 series of 1998 with the theme: “Go
Wild for Life: Combat Biodiversity Loss,” and campaign slogan
#GreenEnvironmentGawingForever, the DENR-PENRO Southern Leyte has lined a host
of events and activities to mark the annual celebration.

One of the activities is the Partner’s Event on June 27, 2016 which will be held
in Terre Kusina Function Hall, Maasin City, Southern Leyte. This will be participated
in by selected partner-beneficiaries (CBFM, POs, BLGUs) of NGP and MBFDP, who
will be invited to present their report of accomplishment and share their good
management practices. Slogan making contest also is one of the highlights of said
event.
