us that we keep a record of interests so this is a w e s o m e. OKAY!

Fill this form out accordingly by MARCH 25th. We will be putting it on our agenda for approval and will
contact prior to the day it will be getting approved so that you can show up to talk a bit about your
piece. If you can, we'd love you to prepare a rough performance of your piece.

Regular rehearsals will be on FRIDAYS from 10 - 12 PM. You must be able to come to at least 4 of these
rehearsals OR CCDC meetings to participate or talk to Monika and David before rehearsals begin. (If you
are a collaborating club or department, M&D will work with y'all to figure out what works best for both
parties.) A calendar will be made and sent to all participants before rehearsals officially begin.

NOTE: CCDC Members get priority in showcase spots, and for this showcase we'd love other clubs and
departments to get involved, so they also get a few spots reserved as well. If your collaboration doesn't
work out this time, no worries! We'd love to get your contact info to keep you in the loop for future
performances you can be a part of. Showcases will happen again and we can get you involved somehow.
We can also notify you about CASTING CALLS in showcase pieces / future musicals and plays. Indicate
