Management:
They faced a lot of management problem like a finding a skill person in a circle for a appropriate task for
specific location having that skills and language. Also have to manage manually the finance and funding.
which includes a lot of paper work.

Organization:
Their reponse time is slow due to old decentralized system

Plan international used to face many problem on daily basis i-e what decision to make for certain
problem . The time needed to receive the updated information took certain time to reach and then they
update the information . they used very outdated approaches which includes a lot of paper work and
different software i-e word and spread sheet which includes a lot of data entry.

HR SYSTEM:
They implement HR system in they are able to track the skill people and volunteer available at specific
disaster location near to them. Also gave appropriate training to them . they can track the progess of the
employee in real time .there finance system now they had a data of 10000 aid workers belonging from
70 countries in real time

Clould based system:

Due to real time processing of information there reponse time shortened to 72 hr . with cloud base
system they had the record of people which skill set and languages they can spoke . which save time to
email every one and wait for the there reponse.they can see the data immediately in emergencies.

Mobile based system:

With mobile based system employee can see the data on the go. And get updated quickly with residing
in offices.
