RE: Letter of Intent for Bay Breeze Lot (Block 13, Lot 17 – 312 SQM.)

Dear Sir,

I would like to submit my offer to purchase the lot located at Block 13, Lot 17 in Bay Breeze Executive
Village, Brgy. Wawa, Taguig City, comprising of 312 Square Meter (SQM)

The offered purchase price is Php 3,800.00 per SQM based on total area based on the deed of sale.
The buyer will shoulder the Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Documentary Stamp Tax (DST), and Transfer
Taxes and Registration Fees related to the title transfer.

The terms of payment will be spot cash, with a Php 100,000 reservation payment due upon agreeing
with final terms, execution of a Contract to Sell, presentation of clean title, updated real estate tax
declaration, and satisfaction of buyer that the entire purchased area of 312 SQM is usable, given that
the lot is beside the Taguig River.
