CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 110139 and FOURTEEN THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED FORTY TWO (14,642) SQUARE METERS as evidenced by
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 110140.

That we hereby affirm and confirm the execution of the Extra-

Judicial Settlement of the Estate with Absolute Sale on the ONE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN (1, 147) square metersand
FOURTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY TWO (14,642) SQUARE
METERSof the above-described property they executed in favor of JOYCE
GALINATO before Notary Public Atty. Jessie M. Patron on December 6,
2012 under Doc. No. 413, Page 83, Book III, Series of 2012 and Doc. No.
415, Page 83, Book III, Series of 2012.
