ORDER:

In the letter read above, the Engineer-in-Chief(R&B)SH & MD, APRDC has
requested to accord Administrative Sanction for the work “Providing Bypass road to
A.V.Nagaram Village from Km 0/000 to 0/900 in East Godavari District” for an
amount of Rs.238.00 lakh under Stage-I, so as to take up land acquisition and other
pre-construction activities. The Engineer-in-Chief (R&B)SH&MD,APRDC has also stated
that the proposal for construction of Bypass will be submitted soon after completion
of stage-I works.

2. After careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord Stage-I

administrative sanction for an amount of Rs.238.00 lakh(Rupees Two Hundred and
Thirty Eight Lakhs Only) for the work “Providing Bypass road to A.V.Nagaram Village
from Km 0/000 to 0/900 in East Godavari District”.

3. The amount sanctioned in Para ( 2 ) above, shall be met from the Head of
account “5054 Capital outlay on Roads and Bridges – 04 District and other Roads -
MH.337 Road Works - GH 11 State Development Schemes - SH(33)Core Network
Roads (works) - 530 Major works - 532 Other Expenditure(lands)”.

4. The Engineer-in-Chief(R&B) SH & MD., APRDC, AP. shall take further

necessary action in the matter accordingly.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (FMU-TR&B) Department,

vide their U.O.No.17023/202/FMU-TR&B/ 2018, dt.19.10.2018.
