1. This has refence to the administrative case filed against me in your good
office relative to my swapping of assignments to a certain JO1 Liethony
Lasprilla, a former member of BJMPRO-4A and is now currectly assigned in
Kabasalan, Zamboanga Sibugay.

2. As per evaluation of my case by my private lawyer, it turned-out that the

above – mentioned personnel is also a party of my case. Thus, necessary
and appropriate legal action be meted against him.

3. ICON, for transparency of public documents my defense lawyer needs a copy

of such document in the soonest possible time as we’re only given 5 days by
the hearing office in our region to submit our position paper on my case.
