CLASSROOM POLICIES, RULES AND REGULATIONS

ENRILE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

1. Observe Integrity.
 Be honest at all times.
 Be fair, practice courtesy and respect towards everyone in the school premises.
2. Be Accountable and Responsible.
 Observe peace and order within the school premises.
 Ensure care and protection for all school properties. Students will be held accountable to
each school property which they may destroy or damage.
 Prompt and regular attendance in all classes, subject to the following DEPED guidelines:
 Absences must not exceed the 20% maximum days allowed by the DEPED.
 In all cases of absences, students must secure an admission slip to the Guidance
Counselor which is to be presented to the teacher in whose classes the student had
been absent.
 An excused absence does not mean that the student is also exempted from complying
with the requirements should there be one during the time of his absence.
 A student will be marked late if he/she enters the classroom ten (10) minutes after the
class has already started.
 Three (3) instances of tardiness is equivalent to one absence. Same rule will also be
applied during flag ceremonies and other school related activities.
 A student is considered to have cut from classes when the student goes inside the school
premise but is not inside the classroom during class periods.
Note: mam zel kung hindi pumasok sa klase ibig sabihin absent na xa, ryt?
 If a student is inside the campus but cannot attend his or her classes because of valid
reasons such as involvement in an official school activities or the student becomes sick,
he/she must notify his or her class adviser
 A student can only leave the school premises during class hours if he/she has notified his
/her classroom adviser and the SHS coordinator.
3. Based on DEPED Order No. 83 s. 2003, use of cellphones is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!!! during class
hours. Cell phones must be put in a silent mode during class hours. Once a cellphone is
captured, it can only be returned to the student during dismissal in the afternoon.
4. Practice Environmental stewardship.
 Maintain the cleanliness of the classroom, the comfort rooms and the designated area.
 Throw the garbage properly.
 Empty waste bins on a daily basis at the proper garbage disposal area.
5. Be modest.
 Wear the prescribed school uniform.
 Practice good grooming.
 Use of foul language inside the classroom is strictly prohibited
