TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The defective part (s) will be retained by HP.

2. The CUSTOMER MUST APPROVE OR DISAPROVE the quotation by signing and sending it to HP PPS
PHILIPPINES INC. via email or personally handling it over to the Front Counter. Approval or
Disapproval of quotation MUST BE RECEIVED BY HP NOT LATER THAN TWO DAYS AFTER THE
CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF QUOTATION. If no feedback given by the client within 3 days after the
quotation was sent a NOTICE OF DISPOSAL will be sent to cover the cost and other charges.
(Applicable for carry in transaction).

3. Storage fee of PHP 200.00/day (exclusive of 12% VAT) will be applied:

4. Terms of payment is either in Cash or Dated Company Check payable to HP PPS Philippines Inc.
upon pick-up.

5. Upon approval, a 50% down payment is required for the repair of the unit. Full payments shall be
made upon pick up of units.

6. Diagnostic Fee of PHP 1,120.00 (VAT Inclusive) is applied for units where quotations are rejected
and printers where only the cartridges are defective.

7. Pull-out of unit (for rejected quotation) is one day after advisory of cancellation.

8. Sales Invoice will follow through mail, whereas an Official Receipt will be provided upon payment.

9. Cancellation of the job after the quotation was approved will not be accepted. However for special
approved cases a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the approved quotation shall be charged.

10. Price is subject to change without prior notice.

11. Warranty of the replacement parts is 90 days upon release of the repaired units.
