    Monday

    CHECKS TO BE CARRIED OUT EVERY 12 HOURS


    Day
    Check that all tugger and manrider lines are clear of TDS and HydraRacker
    before moving equipment
    Make sure TIW (Safety Valve) and grey valve in place. Operate (open/close) TIW
    Check Condition of Rig Tongs, Hydra tongs and all Slips, dog collars etc.

    Tugger Winches: Check for leaks, wires, shackles, hooks, swivels, spooling device
    and defects.

    Manrider Winches: Check for leaks, wires, shackles, hooks, swivels, spooling
    device and defects.

    Catwalks: Check for abnormalities and leak, check drive chains. Check batteries of
    remote controls.

    Check condition of hand tools, slings, shakles and lifting cups. Ready for use, clean
    Check pipe dope. Check grease and state of grease guns.
    Check safety harnesses

    Waste segregation on Rig Floor, Sack Store, Shaker Room and Lower Process Room
    Keep working area clean at all time!

    Hydra tongs to be greased after every trip


    Cat heads to be greased after every BHA
    Crown block sheaves to be greased every 24hours

    2-grease rig manual tong,check dies,shakles,safety pins,
    3-make sure TIW(safety valve) and grey valve are in place.operate open and close
    4-check the brake on the sky line air which,and spool properly the wire cable on the drum
    5-check slips,elevator,safety clamp ready to be use
    6-dog house clean and clear,all tools in proper place

    verifier la safety valve (TIW) operer la vanne

    verifier les tetes de levage et les outils manuels sont propres et bien ranges

    verifier les ceintures de securites

    graisser et verifier les elevateurs ,cales,dog collars,prêt a etre utiliser

    dog house propre et bien ranger


    CHECK LIST SECOND
    1-controler et alligner le choke manifold

    2-controler et ajuster les pressions au koomey

    3-verification des pins et tout le système de lembrayage

    controler les vannes manuelles et hydraulique du BOP

    graisser les vannes du bop et du choke manifold chaque semaine
