UNIT 1: KEEPING MYSELF HEALTHY

 People are sometimes insensitive and not conscious about the different problems that an unhealthy life might
imply, problems such as bulimia and anorexia are common in our society and having a clear perspective about the
consequences of them is the main reason why they should be addressed for a clear view. We are going to deal
with this topic having several lectures, watching and analyzing videos and finally producing one where our students
can have a clear opinion and express their points of view, questions such as : why people have eating disorders? or
what makes a person beautiful? are going to be answered. We will also get engaged with strategies to collect
useful information to express our stances and sensitize people about this issue, linked to health and well being.
