Dear Parents/Guardians,

We have decided to throw an end of the year celebration for our

classroom. We will be holding a picnic outside on the kindergarten
playground here at Schroeder Elementary School. The date that we
have decided to host this celebration is on the last day of school, which
is Thursday, June 13th. The celebration will start at 11:30a.m. and last
until the end of the school day, which will be 12:22p.m. Before
proceeding with this plan, we want to know who all will be able to
attend. With that being said, there will be a sign-up sheet placed
outside of our classroom door Monday morning. Siblings are more
than welcome to attend! You will write yes or no to let us know if your
child will be there. Then you will write the total amount of people
from your family who will be attending (mom, dad, brother, sister, etc.)
If you are not dropping your child off this week,
please send me an email telling me if your child will
be there and who will all be there from your family,
so the chart can be filled out for you. Hopefully, all of you will be able
to attend!
