C. Job Set−Up

WARNING: OBEY ALL FUEL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS WHEN YOU DO WORK ON

THE FUEL SYSTEM AND FUEL SYSTEM COMPONENTS. IF YOU DO
NOT OBEY THE SAFETY PRECAUTIONS, YOU CAN CAUSE INJURY
TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

(1) Obey all the fuel−system safety precautions (TASK 28−00−00−910−801).

D. Procedure

(1) Do the detailed inspection of the center and the wing−tanks drain valves as follows:

(a) Examine the drain valve housing for signs of fuel leaks.

(2) If there are signs of leaks, do a leakage rate check of the fuel tanks
(TASK 28−10−00−790−801).

E. Close Out

(1) Remove all tools, equipment, and unwanted materials from the work area.
