Keys and Responsibilities are :-

1.Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.

2. Maintaining the Cleanliness and neatness of the Front Desk Area at all the Times.

3. Coordinating with vendors when required.

4. Maintaining security handover / takeover report and communicate to relevant stake

holders.

5.Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

6.Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
