On March 12, I purchased an Electronic Samsung Model J8+ from your store for Rp. 3.500.000. I am
enclosing a copy of my receipt and the guarantee for your information.
I am not satisfied with the product because it has not performed as it should. I found that the
temperature control was faulty it was not possible to set if for any temperature apart from the
highest, for smartphone.
I return to your store with the product and receipt on march 15, spoke with your cashier and was
unable to satisfactorily resolve the situation. The cashier said that the store was unable to repair it.
I look forward to receiving your satisfactorily proposals for settlement of my claim within seven days
of the date of this latter.
