Ingredients
2 TB oil for frying
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
300 grams wide flat rice noodles (in Thai they are known as: sen yai, but
you could also use Chinese chow fun)
200 grams chicken (or pork or beef)
1 handful of chopped Chinese broccoli (kailan)
1 Broccoli
2 Spring onion
3 egg
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
½ tablespoon dark sweet soy sauce.
½ teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 carrot
100g for beansprout
How to make
Meat
You must slice the chicken.
Vegetable
Chopped the garlic
Cut the broccoli
Chopped Chinese broccoli
Cut the carrot
Then cut spring onion make sure cut it small.
Noodle
