S PE C I F I C A T I O N

I.GENERAL CONDITION:
The work shall be done in accordance with the plan and specification duly approved by
the authorities concerned.
All works to be done shall be in the best quality of workmanship under the supervision of
a qualified CIVIL ENGINEER / ARCHITECT

II. SCOPE OF WORK (CHECK & FILL-OUT)

III. SITE OF WORK

1. All necessary excavation for the foundation to grades indicated in the drawing shall
be executed by the Contractor.
2. All footings shall rest on natural ground with N/A m thick gravel bed.
3. The earthfill shall be build to the required elevation and the place in layers not
exceeding 0.15m in thickness.
4. Fill shall be made as soon as the concrete hollow blocks, walls, piers and foundations
has set sufficiently to withstand the resulting pressures.

IV. CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION

Sampling must be done in compliance with DPWH implementing rules and regulations.
3. All reinforcing deformed steel bars shall be Grade 40.

V. MASONRY WORKS

Concrete hollow blocks shall be done as shown in the drawing.

VI. CARPENTRY AND JOINERY WORKS

1. Include all rough and finish carpentry.

2. Wooden frames in rough dimension unless specifically noted to be dressed.
