RESEARCH DESIGN:
1. Get the emergency hotlines of different agencies in
Ligao.

c. Hospitals
d. City Hall
2. Create the application using what software?
3. Testing if the application is working by using what
methodology?
4. Uploading of the app in Google Play Stores.

Statement: This problem seeks to provide easy and direct

contact with emergency services such as hospitals and provide
access to emergency hotlines with the use of a mobile
application.
