    SIAC ARBITRATION No. 084 OF 2015 BETWEEN BETAMAX LTD AND STATE TRADING
    CORPORATION

    The State Trading Corporation (STC) has taken cognizance of the arbitral award in the
    matter of SIAC ARBITRATION No. 084 OF 2015 BETWEEN BETAMAX LTD AND STATE
    TRADING CORPORATION dated the 6th of June 2017.

    The STC disagrees with the findings of the arbitral tribunal.

    In this respect, the STC intends to apply to the Supreme Court of Mauritius to set aside the
    said arbitral award.
