Good day Sir,

This letter has the purpose of requesting you to please allow me,
ANGELIE PANAGSAGAN, a graduate student of MaEd – Physical Science,
to be excused in your class for 2 days (May 06 and 08, 2019). I
have a dentist appointment for wisdom teeth extraction at exactly
May 06, 2019 and the dentist instructed me to have enough rest for
1 week. I am aware that I will be missing the classes for 2 days,
but I am willing to have a little more work to compensate the
absence.

unable to attend your class (again) this May 15, 2019. I am fully
