I. TITLE:

THREE-DAY LIVE-OUT ECHO ORIENTATION WORKSHOP ON ENHANCED SCHOOL

IMPROVEMENT PLAN E-SIP SECOND CYCLE STYLEGUIDE, APPRAISAL PROCESS, AND
QUALITY ASSESSMENT TOOL

II. OVERVIEW:

Recognizing the vital role that the Enhanced School Improvement Plan play in the development of quality
teachers and improvement of an environment suitable for learning enabled to carry-out the objectives of
the Department of Education, the three (3) Elementary School Districts and four (4) Secondary Schools
of the Municipality of Tanauan, Province of Leyte will be conducting the Three-Day Live-out Echo
Orientation Workshop on Enhanced School Improvement Plan E-SIP Second Cycle Styleguide, Appraisal
Process, and Quality Assessment Tool.

III. OBJECTIVES:

1. Re-orient the participants on the relevant content of DepEd Order No. 44, s. 2015.
2. Present the eSRC as an advocacy and communication tool.
3. Orient the participants on the process flow, familiarization and navigation and how the eSRC is
developed.
4. Orient the participants on SIP Styleguide and Quality Assurance Tool.

(Amount needed for 79 persons for 3 days @ Php 1600 per pax)

Meals and Venue Facilities - ₱ 126, 400.00

Participants will be charged One Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php 1,600.00) per pax inclusive of lunch
and 2 snacks for 3 days chargeable to School MOOE.
