Renting of Common Areas/Facilities by Society members and Tenants

Following is the list of common areas/facilities that can be rented by society members and tenants for their
private function.

area between the swimming pool and club house)

The Deposit amount is kept as a security towards any damages caused during the party or leaving the
premises dirty. Once everything is confirmed ok the amount will be refunded, if not a part or the entire
deposit will be retained by the society.

Please note the following

The facility is for use of society members and tenants residing in Konark Campus and will not be used
by any outsider to organize a party or function.
No cooking will be permitted in any of the common areas.
Serving of alcoholic drinks is strictly forbidden.
Any decorative items stuck on the wall of the community hall or the outside wall should be removed
without leaving any marks.
All garbage, food waste etc will be cleared on the same day
The area will be cleaned latest by next day morning
Any garbage/paper/plastic etc falling in the swimming pool will result in forfeiting the entire deposit
amount.
If the event is on any day other than Monday, the club house will remain open for the residents’ use
Guests coming to the party will not be allowed to use any of the club house facilities like swimming
pool, TT, pool table, Jacuzzi or steam bath.
The party will not go beyond 10:00 PM
Please ensure all lights are switched off before you leave the premises.
