Experience

 Currently, working as Assistant Professor at the Department of Mass

Communication, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), since March ‘17.

 Worked as Assistant Professor (temporary) at the Department of Mass
Communication, AMU from Sept ‘15 to Feb ‘17.

 Worked as Guest Faculty at Department of Mass Communication, AMU for
two academic sessions (2013 to 2015).

 Worked as an anchor (freelancer) in ETV- Urdu for some 7 months in 2009.

 Awarded JRF by UGC in 2012.

 Awarded meritorious ‘Maulana Azad National Fellowship’ in 2010.
 Awarded ‘University Gold Medal’ for scoring highest marks in M.A. (Mass
Communication) in 2008.

