Dear Peter Rick,

Thank you so much for the great opportunity and taking the time to let me work inside
your kitchen.

You have taught me a lot of things about culinary arts in the short time that I have been
working there. You were there to inform me about things that i was unsure about. I will carry this
experience to help me in the future. This co-op placement has help me decide that]t this is the
pathway i want to take in the future.

My future plan is to do a apprenticeship at humber college with your company. After I

finish college I would like to continue to work as a culinary artist but I also want to pursue being
a teacher. In order to reach this goal i must create a portfolio that will make me look better than
everyone else.

I truthfully appreciate and enjoyed the time and effort you put in to give me experience.
This was a great opportunity for me to learn how a actual kitchen works before going to in to the
workforce. I hope you enjoyed working with me as much as i enjoyed working with you
