•What makes you get out of bed when you don't feel like coming to work?

The tasks that needed to be done in Order team, and knowing that all of the tasks will be handled alone
by one of my co-worker if I don’t come to work.

• What are your strengths and weaknesses?

My strength probably be I always want to learn new things, It makes me curious whenever Im about to
learn something new, My weakness would be, I always want everything to be done and clean before I
left my shift, It makes me uncomfortable thinking that there are still tasks left.

• What major or key tasks did you perform during this evaluation period?

My tasks are Fulfilling orders, making sure orders were processed perfectly.

• What accomplishments or contributions are you most proud of for this evaluation period?

The Accomplishments that maybe I or We on Order Team that I can say that we are proud of is that we
always had everyone’s back. Whenever there’s a problem, there’s nothing we can take care.
• In which areas would you have liked more support?

Logistics to Customer service communication.

If I would be given a chance as long as it’s a new tasks I would grab it.

guess, so that if I or someone in my team wants to know how things works, how this is
important, It would really help our career.
