a. Falsely reporting oneself as sick in order to obtain sick leave benefits or for other 5th purposes, including other acts of fraudulent reporting b. Deliberately writing false entries/data on the employee's logbook to avoid being late and/or absent or to avoid being meted out a disciplinary action; including false entries in any other Company document for the purpose of defrauding the Company

NOTE:. Unauthorized use of company vehicle and/or any company property for purposes other than the official. Bringing home any company vehicle and/or equipment for convenience without prior authorization/clearance from Management Dismissal/Termination as a result of violation of Rule II, in addition to the sanctions called for, shall also be subject to criminal prosecution if warranted
