Any candidate who is called for counselling can travel to any campus of his / her choice on the scheduled counselling date, can choose
any university (SRMIST, SRM-Haryana, SRM-AP), any of the above six campuses and any branch / specialization, based on his / her
counselling schedule, SRMJEEE rank order and availability of seats.
The Counseling Call Letter is an invitation to attend the counseling and for verification of original certificates. Mere
receipt of the counseling call letter does not mean the candidate is found eligible for admission to the particular degree
programme. The admission is subject to (a) satisfying the minimum eligibility criteria as stipulated by the respective institutions, (b)
your rank order listed by SRMJCCA 2019, (c) production of all original certificates and other documents listed below for verification, and
(d) payment of Registration-cum-Counselling fee and full tuition fees.
The candidates are strongly advised to plan for a two-day stay, just in case, you are not able to complete the
counselling process on the same day, for whatsoever reasons.
Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) will be issued only upon payment of Rs. 2,10,000/- (includes Registration-cum-counselling Fee of
Rs. 10,000/- and part of first year *tuition Fee). Candidates are strongly recommended to pay the above amount before
coming to the counselling, through E-Pay facility.
Payment information on E-pay is made available in the applicant dashboard.
However, the candidates can also bring Demand Draft for Rs. 2,10,000/- drawn in favour of SRMIST payable at Chennai
NO OTHER MODE OF PAYMENT (Cash / Cheque) WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Note: The Registration-cum-counselling fee is Non-Refundable and Non-transferable under any circumstances.

Mandatory documents to be produced in original at the time of counseling:

1. Counseling call letter

2. SRMJEE 2019 Rank card

3. Admit Card/Hall ticket of +2 Board examination

4. Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth

5. Mark sheet of Class 12th or its equivalent (if results are announced)

6. Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport) Original for verification and return and Photocopy

7. Cancelled cheque leaf with name of the Candidate/Parent/Grand Parent printed.

8. Receipt(s) for payment made through E-Pay facility or Demand Draft

Last date for payment of balance tuition fee (if any) On or before May 20, 2019

Important points to note:

1. You are expected to report in person to the counseling atleast half-an-hour before the scheduled time. Request for change of date and
/ or time will not be entertained. Candidates physical presence at the time of counselling is mandatory

2. However due to extraordinary circumstances, if you are not able to attend the counseling at the allotted time slot, you will be given
priority only during the next session (FN / AN), subject to availability of seats.

3. Counseling call letters have been sent to more than the intake. Hence chance of getting an admission in a particular branch /
specialization and preferred campus/institution depends on the actual number of applicants reporting for the counseling and the
availability of seats in each branch / specialization and campus/institution.

4. You will lose your turn if you are not able to produce all of the documents mentioned above, right at the time of counseling, even
though you satisfy all other eligibility criteria and you have a higher rank order.

5. In case you are not able to accept the offer of admission for whatsoever reason (personal or technical or administrative) at any stage
during the counseling or after, you need to necessarily submit a letter of forfeiture, in the prescribed format that will be issued to you
by the SRMJCCA at the venue. The letter of forfeiture once signed and submitted by you will be binding and cannot be revoked at a
later period of time. No show or leaving the counseling mid-way will be treated as forfeiture. The SRMJCCA, then, has the absolute right
to offer the admission to another candidate in the order of rank.

6. In case you plan to go for education loan, you must pay to the respective institution, the annual fees and other applicable fees meant
for the first year at the time of counseling and then advise the bank to issue the cheque against your education loan in the candidates
favour. From second year onwards the bank will directly remit the fees to the respective institution.

7. On payment of full tuition fees you will receive email communication with regard to the date(s)of enrollment and orientation.
 8. Withdrawal of admission and refund policy: The candidate is strongly advised to refer to our official website
http://www.srmuniv.ac.in/admission-india/engineering/fees/refund-of-fees with regard to our refund policy, which is in compliance with
UGC Regulations 2019.

9. Before coming to the counseling, kindly make necessary arrangements with your bankers for seamless and smooth payment of fees
through digital mode.

10. If at any point of time, the eligibility of the candidate is questioned by an appropriate authority of the respective institution or statutory
bodies or the court of law and if found that the eligibility is not satisfied, then the admission granted by SRMJCCA 2019 to the candidate
automatically stands cancelled. The SRMJCCA or the institution shall not be made liable for any loss or damages.

11. Any dispute with regard to admission or refund shall be within the legal jurisdiction of Chennai only.
