____________ Elementary School once again joins and supports Brigada Eskwela 2019 or the National School
Maintenance Week on May 20 to 25, 2019 with the theme of “Matatag na Bayan Para sa Maunlad na Paaralan.” This
nationwide annual activity engages all education stakeholders to contribute their time, efforts and resources in ensuring
that public schools are all set in time for class opening.

In connection with this, we are humbly asking your voluntary support and participation to join us in this worthy
endeavor. Let us all together clean and improve school grounds, rehabilitate school gardens, repair and repaint
classroom walls, ceilings, chalkboards, chairs, desks, windows, doors, roofs, gutters and many others.

We would love to see school children stay in a school that is safe, clean and conducive to learning in this upcoming
school year. Hoping that through your continued help and support we can attain this for the welfare of our students.

We will greatly appreciate your time, efforts in sharing your services and skills as well as your charitable donations which
we can use in the repair and beautification of our school.
