To use GPF Interest calculator, fill the data in "Data
Entry" sheet. In this sheet all yellow coloured cells
are editable.
Steps:
Fill the Institute name, employee name, FY, Opening
Balance etc.
Fill the GPF amount in the GPF Amount Column.
Select month of encashment & bill type for each
GPF amount entry.
Edit the GPF interest rate as per Govt. notifications
time to time.
To check the statement click on "GPF Statement "
Sheet.
Readable format can be viewed on 'Print Preview".
Important Note:
If more than one bills is encashed in one month
then you can fill them seprately. Monthwise total
and sorting is done by sheet itself .
In GPF statement GPF amount of arrear bill is
added in next month of it's encashment month.
GPF amount of arrear bill encashed in March is
added in closing balance only.
All calculations must be cross checked manually by
the user.
