and 8. It can be divided by 2 without remainder.

3.What is the short way of writing 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7 + 7?


Answer: 6 x 7 = 42
Count how many times the number was used as addends.
The number you get will be the multiplier and the number
used as the addends will be the multiplicand. So, 6 is the
multiplier and 7 is the multiplicand.

4.Write XLVIII in Hindu- Arabic.


Answer: 48
In a Roman Numeral system, if a big number is preceded by
a small number, subtract the value of a small number from
the bigger number.

Answer/ Solution:

Repeat the pattern by adding 12. Use the inverse operation.


Subtract 11 from 23, then 23 from 35. Since you get the
same answer which is 12, we are going to add 12 to 35 to
get the value of N.

8. Subtract 9 from the sum of 12 and 13.


Answer /Solution: 12 + 13 = 25; 25 – 9 = 16

candies?
Answer/ Solution: 15 candies ÷ 3= 5; 5 x P1 = P5.00

50. My tens digit is 3 more than my ones digit. My hundreds digit is
