EXTENSION OF LEASE AGREEMENT

This AGREEMENT is entered into by and between:

_______________________, of legal age, Filipino, and residing at

___________________________________City, hereinafter referred to
as the “LESSOR“

and

___________________________________, a domestic corporation

registered and established under Philippine law, with principal address
at___________________________________, as represented by
__________________________, hereinafter referred to as the
“LESSEE”’

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE were parties and signatories to a Lease Agreement
executed on ________________, 201_ whereby a residential unit, known as Unit A
located at _____________________________ City was leased by the LESSEE for
one (1) year.

WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE have mutually agreed to extend the term of the
said lease contract for one (1) year, from April 3, 2019 to April 3, 2020.

NOW, THEREFORE, by mutual agreement, both parties have agreed to extend the
term of the said Lease Agreement for another one (1) year, from April 3, 2019 to
April 3, 2020, under the same applicable terms, consideration, and conditions of the
original Lease Agreement, a copy of which is hereto attached and made an integral
part of this Agreement, as Annex “A”.
