As part of this bachelor, I have obtained a multitude of industry specific skills and have acquired a wide range of
in-depth knowledge and understanding of biomedical and business theory. I have also completed a multitude of
academic reports on disease management, diagnostics and therapeutics. Finally, I have obtained business
communication skills, writing and theoretical understanding of the marketing industry.

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
I am currently employed by the Department of Justice and Attorney General to work at Victim’s Assist on a part
time working arrangement. The job includes a variety of jobs including:
Within the past 6 months, due to a policy change, applications have increased by 60%, however the backlog of
work has been reduced to almost 0%, which is clear evidence of my attention to detail, accuracy whilst also
maintaining time management and organization.
As a team leader it is my responsibility to manage the other staff on shift and ensure everyone is working in the
station that best suits their strengths as well as giving opportunities to improve of weaknesses. Over the
Christmas break I worked fulltime hours (40+) as an assistant to the manager. This required a multitude of

Within my role at the latest election as the Declaration Vote Issuing Officer, it was my responsibility to
communicate with the voters that did not have up-to-date enrollment or inaccurate enrollment details, fill out
official government documents, mark off voters and issue declaration votes. Finally, counting the votes, balancing
the books and official pack down of the voting center were all completed as part of the role.

Work Experience at Redland City Council (Journalism)
At my school, students were required to complete work experience in a chosen field. I decided to join the
Journalism and Media Team at Redlands City Council, which allowed me to learn the basics behind the journalism
industry, write and publish media releases and be mentored on the proceedings of business meetings and
communication within a professional workplace.
