I,Smt P.Abeeda working as MPEO in Racharla Village of Uravakonda Mandal, Uravakonda

Division, Anantapur district from 15-11-2016 to till date. Therefore I request the
authorities I am suffering from severe health problems. The Doctor has advised to
recover my illness to change the place and atmosphere.
Therefore I request the higher authorities please kindly consider my case in humanitarian
grounds and give me deputation order to Tirupati of Chittoor district as early as possible
to recover my ill health.
