I am working as ______________________________________________________(Office
Address) and my EPF A/c No_____________ with UAN_________________. I joined EPF on
________________(date of Join in BSNL). Till date my entire EPF contribution is kept at
EPF/EPS Scheme. As per Hon HC order dated 25/02/2019(Ref 1) where EPFO and BSNL are
respondents, allowed the WP(C) sought demanding acceptance of option for Full pension by
calculating the salary for pension as average of last 12 months. In the recent dismissal of SLP
filed by EPFO, Ref 3 against the Hon HC order dated 12/10/2018, Ref 2. As the applicants of
Ref 1 are employees of BSNL, the same order may also be extended to me. And as BSNL is
coming under un exempted organization and was contributing the entire Employee and
Employer share with respect to Full Salary from my date of joining to EPFO. In the light of
above I humbly request you to initiate procedures for implementation of the same in true
spirit through my employer, BSNL.
