Expression of interest for establishment of Foreign Exchange

Currency Counter

Sealed bids are invited from the interested registered Commercial Banks for
establishment of Foreign Exchange Currency Counter in the premises of State Haj
Committee for the Pilgrims of Haj-2019. The bidder must indicate the rate of Foreign
Exchange of Indian Rupee viz-a-viz Saudi Riyals. A space measuring 10’ x 10’ ft shall be
outsourced for a period of about 26 days w.e.f. 4th July, 2019. The space stands properly
earmarked within the compound of Haj House, for establishment / erection of temporary
canopy / counter. Bids duly accompanied with a CDR worth Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten
Thousand Only) pledged to Executive officer, State Haj Committee can be submitted
w.e.f. 30th May, 2019 to 13th June, 2019 during working hours/ days. The bids shall be
opened on 14th June at 3.30 pm in presence of bidders or their representatives who so
ever choose to be present.

Successful bidder shall be allowed to depute four to seven officials including

orderlies to man the Counter within the earmarked space. No extension or erection of
concrete structure shall be allowed in favour of the successful bidder.
