RUNNING TO PERFORM THE HOT CIRCULATION OF WO AS WELL AS FURNACE PRE PURGE WHEN PRESET TEMPERATURE OF APPROX 60 DEG C REACHED WITH THE INCREASE OF WO TEMP, WO INCINERATION IS MADE PRACTICABLE.
AFTER STARTING THE COMBUSTION OF WO REG FLOW OF WO WITH
WO FLOW REG V/V, SO THAT COMBUSTION CHAMBER O/L EXH.GAS TEMP WILL FALL WITH IN RANGE 900-950 DEG C.
WHEN WO BURNER ON/OFF TAKES PLACE FREQUENTLY, THROTTLE
FLOW OF WO.
UPON COMPLETION OF THE WO INCINERATION THE WO SHUT OFF V/V
BECOMES CLOSED. WHERE PILOT BURNER PUT TO USE THE PILOT BUNER ALSO GOES OUT AND THE INDUCED FAN ONLY IS PUT IN OPERATING CONDITION.
WHEN WO INCINERATION HAS TO BE ALLOWED TO STOP, PRESS
AUTO STOP SWITCH.
CLOSE SUCH MAIN V/VS AS ATOMISING AIR MAIN V/V AND WO
