However you can block individuals who are logged into LinkedIn from seeing your LinkedIn
Profile - Access this option from the MORE button on their LinkedIn Profile. This will only

Contrary to the other answers there actually is a way, but it’s tedious.
You would have to find every employee who works at that company, and individually go to their
profile page.
From there,
click on More…,
then Report/Block
Per LinkedIn:
You will no longer be connected (if you were before), or have endorsements and
recommendations from this person.
You will also no longer see any suggestions to interact with each other.
