4-Minute Metabolic Mayhem are workouts that are very intense (but short)
which are designed to burn as many as calories (through EPOC) as running on
a treadmill for 30-60 minutes.

These mini-workouts can be done during the following:

1. A back-up workout if you are unable to perform the actual 1000 Calorie
Workouts due to your time limitation.

2. Replacement for your interval training cardio if you are short in time.

3. Replacement for your steady-state aerobic training because that is just


boring. ;)

4. A quick mini-workout during your Cheat Day to boost your metabolism.

5. A quick mini-workout done in between the main workouts.
