ECyclersUSA (March-Current)

Regional Recycling Coordinator

·0 My role as a recycling coordinator is to procure new accounts within a 200 mile radius of
my designated region as well as maintain current accounts. I do scheduling of electronic
waste collection as well as dispatch for my designated truck driver.

Prohibition Package (May 2018- October 2018)

Key Holder/Customer Service

·1 As a key holder, I was responsible for store opening and closing operations such as
running sales reports, maintaining a cash drawer and safe, and direct supervision of co-
workers. Obtaining a Blue Card to be able to sale alcohol. Verifying proper identification
of patrons.

property, maintain a cash drawer, answer a multi line phone, breakfast preparation, and

• As a patient coordinator, I answered incoming calls and faxes for 1,000+ clients and created
triage charts for nurses on a nurse advice line, as well as documented occupational health
reports, class/screening scheduling, and providing general information and sending messages to
the clients for their callers.

Coach- Consumer Lending USAA

• In my short time with this company, I expressed the desire to grow with the company and was
given expectations to maintain and a plan to help me achieve my goals. In my position with the
USAA campaign, my role was to provide exceptional customer service as well as facilitating the
financial security of those who have served our country and their families.

• In my role as a Mentor, I was able to collaborate with fellow Mentors to share knowledge on
increasing profitability for both the short and long term by helping a person or group within the
company to understand how to better fulfill their potential. My role as a Mentor has also helped
me develop necessary leadership skills that I had not exercised before. I excelled in my role as a
mentor and was promoted to coach of what was called the “A” team, which is a top sales
performing team. In my role as a coach, I was responsible for a team of 8-14 agents. I was
required to prepare and maintain their attendance, payroll, and corrective counseling
documents as well as develop the agents to excel in their roles while meeting/exceeding client
goals.

• In my first four months with this company I was quickly promoted and managed my own
branch of the company at the Fountain City location.
