BAC RESOLUTION NO 2018-

BAC RESOLUTION DECLARING SINGLE CALCULATED BIDDER

WHEREAS, the LGU-Semirara, Caluya, Antique posted the invitation to Bid for the project re:
PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENTS FOR BARANGAY SEMIRARA
OFFICE with ITB-2018-28 and ABC of Php. 709689.70 in the PhilGEPS and in three conspicuous
places of the Local Government Unit of Semirara, for seven (7) calendar days.

WHEREAS, the said project undergo competitive bidding;

WHEREAS, in response to the said invitation to Bid, only one (1) interested bidder purchased
bid documents;

WHEREAS, the said bidder submitted its bid proposal on January 28, 2019 and the said bid
documents opened and passed the preliminary examination of bids on February 1, 2019.

WHEREAS, the details of the bid proposal is as follows:

WHEREAS, the detailed evaluation of bids conducted on August 23, 2018 resulted in the

WHEREAS, as stated in bid evaluation the bidder, MACOR MERCHANDISING AND

SERVICES, the bid amount as read has variance of 512.00 in bid amount as calculated/corrected;

WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility,
technical and financial requirements submitted by the Bidder with the single calculated bid, its bid
has been found to be responsive;
 NOW THEREFORE, we, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby
RESOLVE as it is hereby resolved;

a. To declare MACOR MERCHANDISING AND SERVICES as the bidder with the Single
Calculated and Responsive Bid for the PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND
EQUIPMENT FOR BARANGAY SEMIRARA OFFICE

b. To be recommend by the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE for Post-qualification.

RESOLVED, at the Bids and Awards Committee office at Barangay Semirara, Caluya,
Antique at Barangay Semirara, Caluya, Antique.
