Pressure Seal Y-Globe Valve

1 Yoke: Fully fabricated yoke is seismically qualified while offering easy

maintenance and actuator mounting.

2 Bonnet: The bonnet is made from the same material as the body to
ensure high reliability.

3 Body: The valve body is cylindrically shaped to prevent distortion or

undue stress during extreme working conditions. The wall thickness is
greater than, or in accordance with API, AND ASME requirements.

4 Guiding: Guide separated from body provides continuous guiding of

1 valve disc from open to close position. Guiding surfaces are machined
in the same setup as the valve seat for concentricity.

5 Back seat: All valves are provided with positive backseat, and
packing replacement can be done with valve fully opened. The
conical seat and guide are integrally hard faced.

6 Disc: Fully guided with Stellited seating and guiding surfaces.

4 7 Seat Ring: Valve body inserted seat ring construction with hard-

facing for long life and tight sealing.

turbulence-producing cavity behind the disc, which
allows stable fluid movement through a straight-
flow body.

Low Pressure Drop: Compared to vertical globe

valves.

Excellent resistance to the effects of thermal cycling

which equates to lower operating costs.
