Event Description Measurement

I Logic Due to some disturbances, the site is disabled to follow the methodology set in the Project programme.
1 As per programme the site is divided into 5 zones in basement, supposed to follow the logic sequence
respectively as follow: Zone1 – Zone1.1- Zone2 – Zone 3 and Zone 4. Actually the site completed all raft and
vertical works in Zone1 and started the 2nd basement floor works, hence other zones are still held for some
reasons.

2 the Site is trying to achieve progress where work is enabled, but 75.05% of the core activities are linked
directly to the delayed zones, meanwhile the project will loose productivity rates till the rest of work will be
enabled, and it will become impossible to recover since some structural activities are linked logically the way
that they cannot overlap.

3 All Block work, plastering and other related activities cannot start unless one floor is totally completed

II Milestone 1 The project is delayed 25 days of revised completion date; the F.D. milestone now is located at 25 Oct. 2010.
