Greetings!

The St. Vincent Foundation for Children and Aging, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization
catering more than 13,000 sponsored families nationwide. We, Antipolo Cluster is one of the
Cluster of SVFCAI, at present we catering 1,342 sponsored families all over Antipolo City
wherein majority of sponsored members came from Lower Brgy. San Isidro, Brgy. Dela Paz,
Brgy. Inarawan and other areas at Masinag. We are a sponsorship program under the
International Funding Agency of UNBOUND Kansas.

Since 1990s, we have continuously rendered services to more than a thousand families in
Antipolo City through provision of different programs and services such as educational
services, health and nutritional services, socio-cultural and recreational, spiritual and
livelihood programs.

UNBOUND-SVFCAI Antipolo Cluster will be having a Parents General Assembly which will be
held on November 26, 2015, Thursday, 10:00am to 4:00pm at Phase 5 Lucban Covered Court. In
line with this, we are requesting to your good office to allow us to use the covered court on the
said activity.

We are very optimistic about this venture and we are looking forward to closely working with
you re-building the Filipino family towards creating UNBOUND-SVFCAI Community of
Compassion.

wherein majority of sponsored members came from Marikina Heights We are a sponsorship
program under the International Funding Agency of UNBOUND Kansas.

Since 1990s, we have continuously rendered services to more than a thousand families in
Marikina City through provision of different programs and services such as educational
services, health and nutritional services, socio-cultural and recreational, spiritual and livelihood
programs.

UNBOUND-SVFCAI Marikina Cluster will be having a Christmas Party and Family day which
will be held on December 9, 2018 Sunday, 8:00am to 6:00pm at Marikina Heights Covered
Court. In line with this, we are requesting to your good office to allow us to use place on the
said activity.

We are very optimistic about this venture and we are looking forward to closely working with
you re-building the Filipino family towards creating UNBOUND-SVFCAI Community of

Elderly which will be held on March 23, 2019 Saturday, 7:00am-12:00nn. In line with this, we
are requesting to your good office to allow us to use the Twin Building on the said activity.
