In case of accident, user is directed to nearest ambulance service, through the app. A list for all ambulance services to be
prepared and mapped in the app, along with contact details as well as calling through the app facility.

● This application uses GPS Location Tracking Technology and Messaging System to reach out to nearest Medical
facilities from Accident Spot by sending the location details of Accident spot, determines shortest possible route for
the Ambulance to reach the accident spot and to the nearest Hospital, sends Alerts to the Nearest Hospitals,Medical
Doctors about the accident as well as activates all nearby Ambulance provider to be ready to dispatch Ambulance
and medical personnel. It also sets-up an Alert to Emergency Room attached to the Hospitalal
● It also establishes a two-way communication with Accident victim or persons at spot with Medical Doctors using
Mobile phone.
● It sends Alerts to Nearest Police Stations,Fire Service Stations & Blood Bank&Toll Plaza regarding the accident and
seek help and direct Traffic
● In addition, displays nearest location of Ambulance and sets-up two-way communication between the Accident
victim/person at the spot and Ambulance driver to transport the injured to the nearest hospital
● Since two-way communication is set-up, Medical doctors get first-hand information about the nature of accident,
conditions of victims and directs medical personnel quickly and guide them during Golden First Hour of the accident
● Since communication regarding Accident reaches the Medical Hospital, Medical Personnel can be ready with all the
necessary medicines, Blood supply so that necessary facilities are made to receive the injured and begin medical
attention with delay
● This application will help to identify common Accident-Prone spots and assist Police to issue guidelines and
instructions as well as improve medical facilities and medical attention during Golden First Hour
● This can also be extended to Villages, Town and Cities since network &GPS tracking will be faster

1. Data Capture of Hospitals, Nursing Homes , Home and Ambulances Provider in the towns along National
Highways and generate unique ID number for each of them
2. Data Capture of Police Stations, Fire Service Stations, Blood Banks, Toll Plaza in the towns along the National
Highways
3. Data Capture of Medical Specialists and Para medical specialist with contact address and mobile phone number
4. Tracking of Vehicle movement using GPS Technology to locate Accident Spot
5. User Activation to indicate the Accident occurrence to send pre-formatted message-alerts or user customized
message-alerts giving details of the accident and Accident Spot location
6. Determination of Accident spot location, determination nearest location of Hospital, Nursing Home or Ambulance
provider
7. Broadcast Message-Alerts to Hospitals, Nursing Home, Ambulance provider, Police, Fire Services & doctors and
Para medical officers
8. Track and guide the Ambulance to the exact location-spot of the accident by voice guidance
9. Analyze and determine accident-prone spots and monitor the accidents spots by providing live streaming

1. Very Good Network availability is needed since Network along National Highway will be erratic
2. Unique ID to identify location of Hospitals/Ambulance – QR Code or unique Identification at State&National
Level
3. GPS-tagged Hospitals and Devices are needed to be installed at Hospitals and Ambulance
4. Ambulance needs to be ready-to-move state with all necessary equipments and fuel to full capacity to
undertake the two-way journey

Showstoppers
1. Network Connectivity and GPS-based Tracking is a major show stopper since it is Highways whereas within
Villages, Towns and Cities, this is not considered as a Showstopper
2. Weather conditions may have an impact due to distortion in the transmission-Cold,Snow,Rains,Sun due non-
availability of network
