The challenge
Smoothly functioning protection systems are an important
component of a reliable electricity energy supply, which
is why operating resources must undergo regular testing
and maintenance. It is also essential that the relevant test
documents can be accessed at any time.
An efficient maintenance management system should
provide answers to the following questions:
>> When did each operating resource last undergo testing
or maintenance?
>> When are the next maintenance tests scheduled for?
>> Where are the test reports for the individual assets?
>> What is the current test and maintenance status of the
whole facility?
>> Are all relevant test templates and test plans always on
site and available?

In practice, it is often difficult to maintain an overview of the


maintenance plans, test data, and associated documenta-
tion. For example, documents such as test plans, data sheets,
and test reports will often be stored in different locations.
This results in greater organizational costs and makes the

The solution
We offer an innovative solution that ensures user-friendly
access to any required information and documentation.
ADMO is an easy-to-use database software, designed to
centrally plan and manage all testing and maintenance
activities and make it easy for test technicians to call up the
data they need on-site.
In addition to protective relays, ADMO also allows you to
manage the following operating resources: Maintenance status of all system components

>> Control circuitry
>> Current and voltage transformers
>> Circuit breakers
>> Station DC supplies
>> Energy meters
>> Transformers

ADMO stores locations, asset data, maintenance cycles,
and all associated test documents. With its simple and clear
design, ADMO provides an excellent overview of all mainte-
nance work that is due as well as the current maintenance
status of individual facilities. Stored test documents and
maintenance information can be accessed quickly.
With ADMO you can directly open, edit, and save OMICRON
Test Universe test data and test documents. Even documents
from external suppliers are supported. You can also attach
graphics and images to documents, such as screenshots and
photos of the test setup, to aid memory and visualization.

Convenient maintenance management

ADMO works on three levels:


Location – Asset (operating resource) – Maintenance
Once a location has been selected, the individual operating Location
resources with all the specific data and maintenance cycle
information are assigned. All maintenance tasks can then be
planned and managed.

Location

The hierachical design of the location management system


displays all the relevant power stations and substations
with their respective voltage levels and feeders. Locations
can be organized according to region and company. When
you select a location, ADMO displays a maintenance status
overview of all the operating resources listed under that
location.

Asset
Selecting the location

Assets are added and assigned to a location. The exact


operating resource data and the maintenance cycle are
displayed. There are individual settings for the maintenance
cycles. Once these have been input, the overview for the
current maintenance status is displayed. Important changes
are noted in the history.

Hierarchical location management

The maintenance window displays a timeline overview


showing all the maintenance work that has been carried out
and the time remaining until the next scheduled mainte-
nance activity. You can easily and quickly call up the related
test reports and measurement results.

Every document in the right place

Locating documents quickly and easily saves time and avoids errors. Everything has its place
and is arranged in a clearly structured manner.

Location: Substation
The following documents are particularly
suitable for management at this level:
Route descriptions, site plans, responsi-
bilities, important telephone numbers,
deactivation of alarm systems, emergency
measures, etc.

Location: Voltage level


Interlocking schemes, wiring diagrams, trip
matrices, etc. are suitable for management
at the voltage level.

Location: Feeder
Protection concepts, among others, can be
managed at the bottom level of the location.

Stand Alone Edition, depending on your requirements.

Stand Alone Edition

nies and service providers where maintenance activities are
coordinated by a single user.

Client Server Edition


The Client Server Edition is the right choice if multiple users
need to use a central database simultaneously.
